Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item is returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged or defective:

  • Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.

  • Products without original packaging or tags.

  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products where applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer, mobile wallet, or another mutually agreed method.

Exchanges

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by 7ven.pk.

  • For all other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
